Each announcement (press release) should be relevant to the content and scope of Greece’s Corporate Social Responsibility Directory, EuroCharity.org, and be submitted in Microsoft Word format, along with the precise page title in both Greek and English as well as the relevant contact details of your company and/or organisation (i.e. your company's and/or organisation's name, correspondence address, telephone number, fax number, E-mail address, URL and a contact name). Each announcement (press release) may include photographs or digital images and may be submitted in either one language (Greek or English) or in both Greek and English.

Companies and/or organisations bear the sole responsibility for any of the announcements (press releases) they submit. EuroCharity has the right to either reject or delay announcements (press releases) submitted for publication, if EuroCharity deems such action to be necessary or appropriate. EuroCharity does not intend to change the content of any announcements (press releases). However, EuroCharity reserves the right to verify both the content and source of each submitted announcement (press release) before its publication and also reserves the right to withdraw the publication of an announcement (press release) if EuroCharity deems such action to be necessary or appropriate.
